As many of you know, the OKDHS Office of Client Advocacy runs the grievance programs for foster parents and for youth being served by child welfare services. This means that, most of the time, when someone hears from us it is because there is a problem that needs solving, but we also believe that it is important to share the good things that occur.
If your worker or your kiddos’ worker has done something really spectacular, send us an email (OCA.FCOmbudsman@okdhs.org), and tell us about it. We will pass the kudos up the worker’s chain of command, so they can receive the credit they deserve for their great work.
We will be actively collecting kudos until December 15, 2022, but if something great happens after that, please let us know. We will be happy to pass it up the chain of command.
