connect with other foster, kinship, or adoptive parents?
Join one of our Family Support Network Groups—
available both in-person or virtually!
These groups offer:
- 2 in-service training hours per session that includes a training aspect
- Peer support from others who understand the journey
- Helpful resources to navigate parenting children in care
Led by experienced resource parent facilitators, each group is tailored to the unique needs of families in your area. Some meetings even offer meals and childcare with RSVP!
No group nearby? No problem—virtual groups are usually held monthly and open to all approved resource parents statewide.
