Conference on October 4th from 8:30am to 2:30pm on the Northwest OSU Campus. Keynote speaker is Pamela Toohey. She is the coordinator of Child Trauma Resilience Services for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. Pam will bring real life case presentations to help attendees understand how trauma and overwhelming stress can have a negative impact on a child’s physical, psychological, social development and overall well-being. She will also provide an overview of the necessity to create safe environments, instill hope, and help build resilience in the lives of children, their families, and in their community.

This conference is FREE. We will provide 5 hours of training credit and also have gas cards and child care stipends available. Lunch is provided.
