As a certified Oklahoma Foster family you gain elite access to a variety of community services and products that are being offered to you at a discount or complimentary because of your tremendous compassion to the children in state care and opening up your home and heart to our foster children.
All you have to do to redeem these wonderful benefits is to present your “Oklahoma Foster Parent Exclusive Membership Card” that was sent to you in the mail upon certification.
Please remember that your membership card is
- Non transferable and must be used only by the foster parent whom it was issued and whose signature appears thereon.
- Must be a certified foster parent to receive these exclusive benefits. Discounts vary by location and are valid only for current foster families.
- The use and ownership of this card and program is governed by the rules and polices of Oklahoma Department of Human Services.

Gordon Cooper Technology Center
Gordon Cooper Technology Center in Shawnee is offering one free kid’s summer class to children in foster care. Limit one class per child at this time. Enrollments will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Enrollment for this special offer will take place from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on April 27th and April 28th only. Enrollment for the general public will not begin until Monday, May 1st.
