Microsoft Teams Panel Session – What’s PARB Got to Do With It? – May 5th

Have you ever seen the term PARB and wondered what it meant?  Does your foster child’s case have a PARB, but you don’t know how to get information to them?  Have you ever wondered if you could be on a PARB?

On May 5, 2025 at 7pm, the Office of Client Advocacy Foster Care Ombudsman program will host a panel where we answer those questions.  We will be joined by the head of the Oklahoma PARB program, Keith Pirtle, and two PARB members.  We will be discussing post-adjudication review boards (PARBs), their role in the child welfare process, and how foster parents can get involved.  As always, an hour of training credit will be available to foster parents who attend.
