Microsoft Teams Training Session – Foster Parents and the Courts – Sept. 16th

The Office of Client Advocacy Foster Care Ombudsman program is happy to announce that we will be offering an encore presentation of our “Foster Parents and the Courts” training program via Microsoft Teams on September 16, 2024, at 7 pm.  If you were not able to attend a previous session, this will be an excellent opportunity for you to increase your understanding of the courts. We will be going over an outline of how a child welfare case proceeds through the system, reviewing some dos and don’ts for attending hearings, and discussing some frequently asked questions. As always, an hour of training credit will be available for foster parents who come to the session.
