Come learn the importance of tailoring your parenting style and conversations to the personality of the children in your care. This virtual training is on Oct. 26th from 7:00 PM-8:30 PM. The DISC assessment provides insights into the four primary personality styles and can help caregivers identify when a child is stuck in survival mode. Knowing your child’s personality style can enhance connection and help avoid miscommunication. Additionally, recognizing your own personality and communication style can help you understand how children and families may interpret your words. Being a resource family relies heavily on building connections, and DISC can strengthen those bond.
