Resource Parent Online Support Group – Effects of Trauma on Brain Development- April 23rd
Join us on April 23rd from 6:00 – 7:30 PM CST for an online support group focused on the effects of trauma on brain development. This session will explore how early adverse experiences can shape a child’s developing brain, influencing behavior, emotional regulation, learning, and relationships. Caregivers will learn practical, trauma-informed insights that foster empathy, strengthen connections, and support healing and healthy development within their families.
Parents who attend the entire Zoom call will earn 1.5 hours of in-service training credit toward your annual 12-hour requirement. Come connect and learn with other kinship, foster, and adoptive families.
